The filter system is a highlight of the M-iQ. It does an amazing job, delivering top-notch cleanliness while significantly reducing the use of water and dishwashing detergent.

But what's so important about it? Filtered food waste is actively removed from the warewashing process. How does that work? The filter collects food residue from the water and periodically washes it out of the tank – without requiring any additional water.

The wash water is continually transferred from tank to tank – in the opposite direction to the dishes. On its way, it passes through the various M-iQ filters, which remove any dirt that has accumulated in the water.

M-iQ AIRCONCEPT

The air is channelled from the hot, clean side of the machine to the cool feeding zone. This prevents dishes which have already been washed from becoming contaminated and ensures that precious thermal energy remains in the warewashing process.

M-iQ WASHING DYNAMICS

The power centre of the M-iQ is the self-emptying stainless steel wash pump. Its optimised flow geometry achieves high pressure with low volumes.

M-iQ AIRCOMFORT DRYING SYSTEM

It's not all about the immense cleaning performance. The drying results are also astounding. Equalisation vents inside the M-iQ ensure that the swirling airflows are equalised by extra draughts to keep them constant. The result: ideal conditions and top-notch drying even with bulky washware like containers.

M-iQ ENERGY CONCEPT

Heat is recovered and retained within the warewashing process at every stage. Any further heating performance that is required – and no more – is fed back into the process using our three-stage management system to dynamically adapt to the needs of the moment.

M-iQ AIRSTREAM TECHNOLOGY

In addition to the equalisation vents (M-iQ AirComfort drying), four targeted airflows keep the energy within the fully closed system air cycle. A moving nozzle brings the airflow as close as possible to the washware for 360 degree drying.

The machine detects gaps between racks on the conveyor. The system responds by only activating the rinse function for the specific sections of belt where dishes have been detected – and the machine can do this while monitoring up to three lanes simultaneously.

Reduced fresh water and rinse aid consumption of up to 50% is possible in comparison to a M-iQ model without GreenCoach technology.

Self-cleaning feature

After a long day of warewashing, the M-iQ simply cleans itself with the tank water already in the system. The machine flushes the dirt through the M-iQ filter with just a single fill of the pump final rinse. This continues at periodic intervals until the machine is empty.

Now, only the areas marked in blue still need to be cleaned by hand. With the machine having already done so much of the job automatically, the manual part of the cleaning process can be done more conveniently and thoroughly, and – crucially – quickly and reliably.

M-iQ GreenFilter (optional)

This additional water filtration process in the pump final rinse zone actively removes even the smallest dirt particles.

The process reduces the use of fresh water, delivering potential savings of 10%. And it only deploys detergent and rinse aid where they are actually needed.

CC Touch

The built-in system diagnostics feature keeps users up-to-date at all times. A dynamic progress bar and status indicator clearly show when all the machine's functions are ready for action.

The display communicates key process data and draws the user's attention to any deviations or discrepancies.

Even while running, the M-iQ is continuously checking all its systems and functions to ensure hygiene and reliability.
