TRAYS PER MINUTE

Trays are no longer manually loaded into a dishwashing machine. Instead, the conveyor automatically moves, washes and dries them – even stacking them after cleaning. That means shorter washing and working times, lower energy consumption and thus lower costs.

BTA 160

This automatic tray washer features a powerful washing system located both above and below the tray for a maximum cleaning result. This is followed by an intensive hot fresh water final rinse of each tray. To ensure a exceptional drying result, the BTA flight type dishwashing machine transport cords are separated between the final rinse section and the drying zone. Trays are therefore transported on "dry" round belt cords when in the drying zone to make sure they are completely dry.

The compact construction and the exceptional price/performance ratio make the automatic BTA 240 flight type dishwashing machine a must-have! The overall package results to shorter wash cycle times, reduced working hours and less energy consumption. The optional heat recovery condensing system recycles the otherwise extracted steam vapours to pre-heat the incoming cold water supply, considerably reducing the humidity and temperature of the remaining exhausted air.

Our liquid detergent MEIKO ACTIVE D-AM 1311 ALU particularly impresses with washware made of aluminium. On top of that, even light colouring residues from food are no problem - and all this without any bleaching agents. Choose this detergent if you have soft or medium water conditions.
